Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations & Times

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and select international destinations.

United States: 5–12 business days

United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

Other international destinations: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. All shipments are declared accurately in accordance with applicable laws.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right. If a package appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.
