At Vili Hooney, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care and fragrance products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@Vilihooney.com with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@Vilihooney.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
